Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of BusinessMapVisibility.com and all services provided by Empreso Network Limited (company no. 11853767), registered at Ridge Hill, Top Dartford Road, Dartford, DA2 7QD, United Kingdom. We are UK-based and serve businesses across Europe and North America. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide Google Business Profile optimization, profile security and ownership recovery, local SEO, review and reputation management, Google Ads support, and website design, together with optional add-ons including Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, directories and citations, social-profile consistency, AEO/GEO/AI visibility, social media posting, and monthly reporting. Audit and baseline reports are typically delivered within 2-3 working days, and setup implementation within 5-10 working days after access is granted. Monthly services begin immediately after setup. Profile recovery cases have no guaranteed completion time.

3. Payment and Pricing

Packages are billed one-time or monthly as described on our pricing page. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which is not applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Where a package requires a setup fee, that fee must be paid before the Visibility Care or Visibility Growth service begins. Authorized agents may apply an agreed discount of up to 10% directly. Recurring packages carry a minimum subscription period of 3 months and require 1 month's written notice to cancel.

4. Territory Exclusivity

For Visibility Care and Visibility Growth packages, we limit retained services to one client per primary business category within an agreed local territory, defined as a postcode, town, or small city. Territory exclusivity is subject to written confirmation from us and is not automatic upon purchase.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations of subscription services require 1 month's written notice and remain payable for that notice period. Work already started at the time of cancellation will be invoiced in full. Profile recovery cases that remain unresolved after a prolonged period will be reviewed individually, and we do not guarantee a resolution timeframe for these cases.

6. Guarantees and Liability

We do not guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, or sales outcomes as a result of our services, as these depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithms and market competition. Our services are performed with reasonable skill and care, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
